Instructor: Vinyasa, Kids Yoga & Mindfulness
Tara McLaughlin, E-RYT graduated from Fairfield University in 2014 with a major in Psychology and minors in Education and Art History. Having been introduced to yoga in High School, Tara felt the profound benefit of how a mind-body connection supported her confidence, focus and wellbeing.
Tara is a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher, with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience, and a wellness coach who promotes a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She has trained with YogaWorks, Little Flower Yoga, Mindful Schools, The Art of Yoga Project and The Health Coach Institute. After two years of teaching kindergarten, Tara transitioned into a wellness role at a private school in San Francisco, offering yoga and mindfulness to the K-12 community.
In addition to her work at the school, Tara offers private lessons, workshops and wellness retreats both locally and internationally. Tara’s goal is to lift others up by connecting through movement, breath, meaningful conversation and laughter.
