Mindfulness Resources

Our Mighty Minds program serves children K-6, but let’s face it — we can all benefit from a little bit of mindfulness! Practice, test, and finesse your mindful skills and strategies using our free online Mindfulness Resources. Activity cards are available for you to download and print at home, or for pick-up from our studio in Cow Hollow. We’ve also put together a list of our favorite mindful books.
