Mighty Minds Groups

Registration for Mighty Minds is accepted on a rolling basis, and groups are created based on your child’s gender and age range.

20-Minute Mindfulness with Tara

Tara McLaughlin is a skill kids yoga and mindfulness instructor based in San Francisco, California. Through 20-Minute Mindfulness, Tara offers fun mindfulness games and activities to promote resilience in kids of all ages. Through these 1:1 drop-in sessions, kids will learn strategies to breathe, listen and connect to the present moment.
