For Schools

We regularly partner with Bay Area schools (from preschool to college!) to offer educational talks, workshops, trainings, and programs!  We are happy to offer remote or on-site programming for parents, teachers, and/or students.

We offer…….

  • Parent talks and workshops.

  • Teacher in-service trainings.  Sample topics:  classroom behavior management; teacher self-care; current trends in student mental health; fostering resilience and growth mindset.

  • After-school or school day programs and classes for students (e.g., yoga/mindfulness, Mighty Kids, Mighty Minds, Middle School & High School Life Skills).

  • Mental health/behavior/wellness consultation for administrators, teachers, school counselors.

  • Student wellness workshops, presentations, or groups.
