Haley Peele, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Haley (She/Her) is a licensed psychologist (CA PSY 35180) with over eight years of experience specializing in early childhood development and parental guidance. Her work focuses on evidence-based, attachment-oriented, and developmentally focused interventions. Haley helps parents deepen their understanding of their children’s emotions, behavior, and development, addressing both neurotypical and neurodiverse trajectories, as well as challenges arising from traumatic experiences.
Her expertise includes comprehensive evaluations for developmental queries about cognitive functioning, autism, and other neurodevelopmental differences and behavioral concerns. Haley is able to support families through the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process, collaborating effectively with schools and teachers.
Haley earned her Ph.D. in school psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She completed her clinical internship at California Pacific Medical Center’s Kalmanovitz Child Development Center and her post-doctoral training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy and autism evaluation at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She also holds a master’s degree in Higher Education from New York University.
Originally from Morristown, New Jersey, Haley enjoys both nature and urban culture, spending her leisure time at the beach and diving into a good book.
