Yoga and Mindfulness
We believe that an awareness of what is happening in our minds, our bodies, and our emotions is the foundation for happiness and resilience. When we develop and practice mindfulness— nonjudgmental awareness of our internal state— we are more likely to be able to respond intentionally to things that trigger us… rather than reacting on autopilot.
Our yoga and mindfulness programming offers kids, teens, and parents the opportunity to practice this foundational skill in the context of one-on-one lessons or small group classes!
