Mighty Minds 2.0 builds upon the skills kids develop in Mighty Minds. Our skilled clinicians and experienced support staff utilize evidence-based cognitive behavioral strategies to help Mighty Minds alumni renew practice with emotion regulation and mindful awareness. With new experiential games and activities, kids will rediscover how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected. They will develop more strategies for mindfully paying attention to what is going on in their bodies and minds, and continue noticing and labeling emotions in the company of alumni peers.
We will give parents tips and strategies to help their kids apply the concepts they learn in group, as well as recognizing in-the-moment opportunities to practice compassion at home.
This program is for graduates of the Mighty Minds program. Your kid will cultivate the coping skills they need to weather the ups and downs of life with resilience, self-awareness and compassion.

Group Sessions
August 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16
Please note that we are offering discounted pricing for this session of Mighty Minds 2.0 in exchange for family consent to students' participation in photography and videography and to use images/video in future Mighty Minds promotional materials (for possible use cases including but not limited to newsletter, website, and social media). Please note that other Mighty Minds 2.0 sessions (June 2024, fall 2024) allow for participation in Mighty Minds 2.0 without providing such consent, so this is not a barrier to participation in the Mighty Minds 2.0 program for families preferring not to provide such consent for photography/videography; we warmly welcome your student(s) to join us in an alternate session in which we will not be capturing photos and/or video.
Price
This program requires a non-refundable $150 deposit, with the remaining amount billed one week before the program’s start date. Total price is $825, reimbursable by PPO health insurance, medical flexible spending, or health savings accounts
Payments and Refunds
At the time of registration, you have the option to pay for this program in full or to pay a non-refundable deposit of $150 to hold your child's spot. For families opting to pay a deposit only at the time of registration, the remaining payment will be billed to your card on file one week before the start of your program. Please note that payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to future groups.
Cancellations made within ten or fewer business days before the first group session may be eligible for a transfer or refund only if we successfully fill the vacated spot in the group with a student from our waitlist. Otherwise, the cancellation will be considered nonrefundable and non-transferable. Please note that the group fee is not prorated for any absences, whether they are planned or unplanned, and no refunds will be provided for missed sessions due to the limited number of participating students and families.
Disclaimer
Please be aware that all groups must have at least 4 or more participants in order for the group to run. Practice makes a decision a week before the group starts and will let families know whether or not the group is set to run.
