Parents are not okay.

Hello, Practice families!

This Medium article went viral, so you've probably already seen it (if not, click through-- it's worth a read!).

Let's face it:  sheltering-in-place does not look the same for everyone, and for parents of young kids, life at the moment is an impossible juggling act of trying to meet everyone's needs, put out all the fires.

I can't fix this (obviously).  In fact, I have an entire newsletter on the topic of not-fixing-it coming your way later this week...  or next week...  or whenever I have finished everything ELSE on my list of things to do for work around my kids' nap times, bedtimes, etc.

But even though I can't fix it, hopefully we CAN help you cope with it.  Remember:  we are running drop-in support groups designed to let you connect with others in the same boat, to commiserate about shared challenges and get new ideas about how to make it all feel a little more manageable.  If you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, anxious, or down as you stare down more time sheltering-in-place, please consider joining us.

You can sign-up here!

P.S.-- if the support group format isn't for you, consider connecting with one of our therapists 1-on-1 for support in working with your own emotions and/or troubleshooting what's going on with your kids!  Email us for more information.
